32 / XXS 68-72 102
34 / XS 73-77 102.5
36 / S 78-82 103
38 / M 83-78 103.5
40 / L 88-92 104
42 / XL 93-97 104.5

All measurements are in centimeters.
Measure your waist just below your belly button, where the waistband sits, and find the corresponding measurement in the size chart.

Example:
Waist measurement of 75 cm = size 34 (73–77 cm)
Waist measurement of 82 cm = size 36 (78–82 cm)
